They are hung on nickel free hypoallergenic platinum plated ear wires so they are safe for sensitive ears. These make my earrings stand out from everyone else’s because they use cheap brass and copper ear wires which make most ears itchy and sore.  Mine will not do that.  Stoppers are included for secure wear.  The total length from the top of the ear wire is 2 1/8 inches and they are 1 3/8 inches wide.
